Destination Terms and Conditions

Please review the specific terms and conditions associated with your destination(s). Your emailed reservation confirmation will include any additional terms specific to your individual booking. It is your responsibility to familiarize yourself with the conditions of your booking.

By offering travel to particular destinations, KTE Travel LLC, its affiliates, and its agents do not represent or warrant that travel to such places is advisable or without risk, and shall not be liable for costs, damages, or losses that may result. Your participation constitutes acceptance of these risks and you agree that you travel at your own risk.

KTE Travel LLC urges you to remain informed about current events and to review travel prohibitions, warnings, and advisories issued by the United States Government prior to booking international travel. Useful resources include:

Passports and Identification

It is the responsibility of each client to obtain and carry a valid passport, visa(s), and all other documents required by applicable government regulations. Some vacation itineraries require a valid passport when departing the United States. Please ask your KTE Interliner agent about requirements specific to your booking. Passport information is available at travel.state.gov or by calling the U.S. National Passport Information Center at 877-4USA-PPT.

Vaccines for Travel

Please check with the CDC for specific vaccinations recommended for your destination. Information is available at wwwnc.cdc.gov/travel.

Travel Visas

Certain countries require travel visas for entry. Please verify requirements for your destination at www.travisa.com/Visa_Search or through your KTE Interliner agent.

Travel Advisories

Please familiarize yourself with any travel advisories in effect for your planned destination before and during your trip. Advisories can change at any time. Current advisories are available at travel.state.gov.

Travel Insurance

KTE Interliner strongly recommends travel insurance to protect you from situations that could cause your vacation to be cancelled, interrupted, or delayed, resulting in financial loss. Please contact your agent to discuss available insurance options and pricing for your reservation.

Cancellation Policy

Our Travel Specialists invest significant time and expertise in quoting, booking, and planning your vacation. Because Travel Specialists are only compensated when a vacation is booked and completed, the following cancellation fee applies:

• A cancellation fee of $50 per traveler will be due before your Travel Specialist begins the cancellation process on your reservation.
• The cancellation fee will be billed via invoice and is due upon receipt.
• No cancellation fee will be charged if you move your trip to new dates rather than cancel outright.

Payment Form & Terms

By submitting your payment information, you certify that you are the authorized cardholder and are authorizing KTE Travel LLC or its chosen Tour Operator, Travel Supplier, Vendor, or Cruise Line to charge the listed amount to the credit card provided. You certify that you have verified all information in your confirmation is accurate and that you have read these Terms and Conditions.

Please note: the charge on your credit card statement may appear under our supplier or airline name rather than KTE Travel LLC. Payment may take 3–5 business days to fully process.

KTE Travel LLC and its independent contractors ("Travel Agency") are acting as your agent in booking travel with suppliers. Travel Agency shall not be responsible for breach of contract, failure to comply with any laws, or any intentional or negligent actions or omissions on the part of such suppliers which result in any loss, damage, delay, inconvenience, or injury. Unless "guaranteed" is specifically stated in writing on your tickets, invoice, or reservation itinerary, Travel Agency does not guarantee any supplier's rates, bookings, reservations, connections, scheduling, or baggage handling.

Disclaimer of Liability, Release & Hold Harmless

Travel Agency shall not be responsible for any injuries, damages, or losses caused to any traveler in connection with terrorist activities, social or labor unrest, mechanical or construction failures or difficulties, diseases, local laws, climatic conditions, abnormal conditions or developments, or any other actions, omissions, or conditions outside the Travel Agency's control.

By embarking upon travel, the traveler voluntarily assumes all risks involved in such travel, whether expected or unexpected. An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 and other communicable diseases exists in any public place where people are present. By traveling, you voluntarily assume all risks related to such exposure. Traveler is advised to obtain appropriate insurance coverage against these risks. Traveler's retention of tickets, reservations, or bookings after issuance shall constitute consent to the above terms.

Changes to These Terms

KTE Travel LLC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of this website following any such change constitutes your agreement to be bound by the revised terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document reflects the most recent revision.
